The wall unit comes in separate packages.

The wall unit is self-assembly.

Manufacturing process takes 3-4 weeks. We need this time to make it flawless and  deliver it promptly to your door.

The colors on the arrangements may vary from the colors shown in the pictures.

This is due to many factors: dyeing fabrics, brightness and contrast of the screen, the accuracy

of the lens of the photographer.

DELIVERY FEES:

- England, Wales - free,

- Scotland, Ireland, North Ireland- + £ 30 (paid with cash on delivery to the driver),

- Islands – we can deliver the item to the customer's Island but the delivery cost will be more expensive (buyer is obligated to pay the fairy fees).

Delivery is free of charge. You can make the payment either via PayPal or with cash on delivery.

In case of delivery to other place than England, the delivery man will ask you for additional payment in accordance with the above price list.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING 

All our furniture are custom made and are delivered from the manufacturer straight to our customers. Therefore we don't have any showroom or warehouse yet where you could see our furniture or collect it but we are working on it. We need at least 2 weeks to make the order ready and deliver it promptly to your door.

Our driver is mostly by himself and he can help you carry the item inside. That kind of service comes with an additional payment of 10 GBP.

You have to make sure that the size of the item will fit your interiors. All of the delivered items must be unpacked and checked by the customer before signing the delivery confirmation note. If any defect has occurred it must be written on the delivery confirmation note. Once the note is signed by the customer we can not accept any complaints regarding items damage in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. The product has to be brand new and in its original packaging. If the item has been assembled it CANNOT be returned. Buyer pays postage cost.
