DELIVERY

1) For items of small size and weight we cooperate with a courier company.
At the time of posting the shipment you will receive an email with the bill of lading's number and date of deposit and the potential delivery date. Courier can call to make an appointment but unfortunately there is no such obligation. 

2) For items of considerable size and weight we cooperate with a transport companies. At the moment of posting your shipment with the ordered items you will receive an e-mail with all of the information. The driver is obliged to notify himself before the delivery by making a phone call. The driver has the right to arrange delivery at any time during the course of the day. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

1. Free delivery - England and  Wales.

2. £50 - North Ireland & Scotland (postal codes -- KY, FK, G, EH, KA, ML, DG, TD, BT)

3. £80 - Scotland (postal coded -- KW, IV, PH, AB, DD, PA)

4. €99 - Ireland

You can make the payment either via PayPal or cash on delivery. To know delivery charges for other places, please call text or send an email.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING 

All our furniture is custom made and are delivered from the manufacturer straight to our customers. Therefore we don't have any showroom or warehouse yet where you could see our furniture or collect it but we are working on it. We need at least 3-6 weeks to make the order ready and deliver it promptly to your door.

We have tie-up with reliable and responsible transport companies. Your order is packed and protected throughout the journey and is also insured. All of the delivered items must be unpacked and checked by the customer before signing the delivery confirmation note. If any defect has occurred it must be written on the delivery confirmation note. Once the note is signed by the customer we cannot accept any complaints regarding items damage in transit. If possible, please also prepare photographic documentation of observed damage.

This situation happens very rarely, but unfortunately it is possible. If you sign a protocol of receipt of goods without comment, and notify us about the damage after the departure of the driver / courier, you reduce your chances of a positive decision on the complaint. In any case, Royal Deco will treat your case individually and resolve ambiguities always in favor of the customer.

Our driver is mostly by himself and he can help you carry the item inside. You have to make sure that the size of the item will fit your interiors. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. The product has to be brand new and in its original packaging. If the sofa has been assembled it CANNOT be returned. Buyer pays postage cost.
